Futher Iraq Torture Info

I've bookmarked it for the next time the Bush Administration claims that we have created Iraq as a beacon of freedom and ended torture.

Techincally, though, is it illegal?

Without a human rights provision in the Iraqi Constitution, I'm not too sure. Of course, if they continue to take after their older brother, legality isn't too important- you can always play some calvinball with morality...
